ICOPA

Tranquility for those who live here, safety for those who visit

It is with great sadness the Idaho Chiefs of Police Association mourns the loss of Ada County Deputy Tobin Bolter to a senseless act of violence. During this time of grieving, we send out our collective prayers to Deputy Bolter’s family, the Ada County Sheriff's Office, and those agencies affected by his death. Deputy Bolter leaves behind a wife expecting their first child. ICOPA wants her to know she has the collective support of law enforcement throughout the state of Idaho and beyond.

Representing the interests and perspectives of the Chiefs and Police Departments serving the communities of Idaho

The Idaho Chiefs of Police Association (ICOPA) exists to be a public voice on social and professional issues related to law enforcement in the state of Idaho. The members include police chiefs, other sworn officers, former members, and others.
